Because every piece is printed on demand, we handle returns a little differently — but we always make it right.
Damaged or misprinted items
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We'll reprint or refund — no return shipping required.
Wrong size
Reach out within 14 days and we'll help you exchange for the correct size at a reduced production cost.
Change of mind
As each shirt is made for you, we cannot accept returns simply for change of mind. Please use our size guide before ordering.
How to start a return
Email hello@countream.store with your order number and a short description. We reply within one business day.
